Our approach to the event
We adopted an “Experiential Team Building” approach, transforming the city into a playground. The event combined cultural and gastronomic discovery with the direct application of the participants' professional skills, maximizing the engagement of the sales team.
Description
We organized a Street Food Treasure Hunt in the historic center of Catania for a group of top performers. The event was structured as a team competition through the city's historic markets:
- Gastronomic Tests: Participants faced challenges related to tasting typical dishes, using Street Food as a key to exploring the local culture.
- Sales Skills Tests: The heart of the activity involved dynamic and fun sales and negotiation tests directly at the market. Salespeople had to apply their skills to “sell” or negotiate in a real and stimulating environment, putting their skills to the test in a practical way.
The activity promoted collaboration, positive competition, and offered an authentic immersion in the lively atmosphere of Catania.
