Our approach to the event
We adopted a comprehensive logistics management approach, focusing on coordinating all the services required for a large-scale conference. Our strategy ensured that every aspect—from travel to presentations to evening catering—was handled with utmost precision.
Description
We supported the National Order of Engineers in the complete management of their National Congress for approximately 1,000 delegates at the “Le Ciminiere” Center in Catania:
- Transport logistics: Organization and management of a dedicated shuttle service, ensuring punctual transfers to and from hotels for all 1,000 participants.
- Set-up and infrastructure: Management of the set-up of the congress spaces and all the necessary support services at the Le Ciminiere Center.
- Speech schedule: Support in creating and managing the schedule of speeches and working sessions.
- Gala dinners: Design and organization of exclusive gala dinners, with attention to detail to offer a high-profile networking and celebration opportunity.
- General assistance: Logistical support and assistance to participants throughout the conference.
