We adopted a comprehensive DMC approach, focusing on logistical fluidity and high-quality hospitality services, which are essential for managing a congress with 500 delegates
Description
The event was held in April in Catania for approximately 500 participants, ensuring comprehensive assistance and coordination through the provision of a team of hostesses and qualified reception staff for registration, distribution of conference materials, and ongoing information assistance within the Le Ciminiere exhibition center, as well as management of delegate flows in the conference areas. Organization of a dedicated and punctual shuttle service, operating at various times, to transfer the 500 participants to and from their respective hotels. Coordination of traffic and loading/unloading points to optimize waiting times. Provision of on-site assistance during the gala evening for guest orientation and general logistical support, ensuring that the evening's events ran smoothly.
