Our approach to the event
We adopted an "Exclusive Experience Design" approach, combining the elegance of gala events with the adrenaline rush of an adventure on Mount Etna and the authenticity of the local culture. The goal was to ensure a seamless flow of activities, offering diverse options to satisfy all 150 attendees.
Description
We designed a two-day incentive package for 130 people, offering a balanced mix of luxury, adventure, and culture:
Day 1: gala and elegance
- Accommodation: stay in a luxurious hotel with a spa, dedicated to the relaxation and well-being of participants.
- Gala dinners: Organization of two exclusive dinners, one of which was casino-themed, complete with blackjack, roulette, and other gambling tables for an evening of dynamic entertainment.
Day 2: adventure and culture
A busy day of activities for the 130 participants:
- Adrenaline: quad bike tours on the slopes of Mount Etna and scenic helicopter flights
- Wellness: relaxation sessions at the hotel spa
- Culture & food and wine: traditional Sicilian puppet show and lunch in a wine cellar at the foot of Mount Etna
Farewell day: authenticity and community
- Itinerant lunch: for the farewell day, we organized an exciting itinerant lunch in the small village of Motta Camastra. Participants explored the village and enjoyed an authentic local lunch prepared by the village mothers, offering an experience with a strong human and cultural impact.
